Body found floating in Bolgoda River

The body of an elderly man has been found floating on the Bolgoda River in Piliyandala.
Investigation had revealed that the deceased is a 75-year-old resident of Moratumulla and had suffered from a mental disorder.
The body was discovered according to information received by Piliyandala Police, which is conducting further investigations.
Postmortem examination on the body is yet to be conducted.
