Heavy rains recorded in Matara and H’tota; roads and low lands submerged

Heavy rains were recorded last night (November 20) in Matara and Hambantota, the Disaster Management Centre stated.

Roads and low lands were submerged in Kamburupitiya, Makandura, Ranchagoda and Ambalantota areas, the Disaster Management Centre added.
