VIDEO: TV Derana unveils largest transmission tower in N’Eliya

Sri Lanka’s Premium Entertainment Channel, TV Derana today unveils the largest transmission tower built in the highest peaks of Nuwara Eliya.
Fitted with Europe’s DVB-T2 digital terrestrial transmission system, the tower is another step in providing clear picture quality to TV Derana viewers across the island to watch their favorite programmes uninterrupted.
Located in the picturesque hillside of Kikiliyamana, the new transmission tower was unveiled in a ceremony attended by the Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Information, Charitha Herath and the Director General of Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, Anusha Palpita.
