AUDIO: Nalin Bandara to take Dayasiri’s seat

Nalin Priyantha Bandara who secured the next highest preferential votes from the Kurunegala District for the UNP is slated to be appointed to the parliamentary seat left vacant due to the resignation of Dayasiri Jayasekara.

Jayasekara resigned from his parliamentary seat today after making a special speech in parliament stating that he will contest under the UPFA for the upcoming North Western Provincial Council elections.
