Indian youth conceals 2 gold biscuits in rectum

An Indian national has been arrested by customs officers at the Bandaranaike International Airport for attempting to smuggle 2 gold biscuits, worth over Rs 2.3 million, into the country by concealing them in his rectal cavity.
The 24-year-old suspect had arrived in Sri Lanka on flight UL 423 from Bangkok this morning, airport customs said.
The two gold biscuits, weighing 396 grams, estimated to be worth approximately Rs 2,376,000 in the market, has been confiscated by customs while the Indian youth has been released on a fine of Rs 10,000.
