Norochcholai power plant will be rectified today itself- CEB

The cola power plant at Norochcholai which has faced another break down last evening will be rectified and will start its operations today itself, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says.

A generator at the plant had broken down due to a technical issue, last evening.

The power plant has automatically been shut down while the engineers are currently working toward restoring the power plant, it was reported.
