Haroon Lanthra passes away at age 83

Popular singer Haroon Lanthra (83) has passed away, a family member told Ada Derana.
The body is now at his residence at number 43, Housing Scheme in Polhena, Kelaniya.
“Mage Naamali Bendi Adare”, “Sulang Kurullo”, “Ananda Me Re Hari Hedai” and “Hada Mal Andure” are among some of his popular hits.He has received several awards for his singing talent including Sarasavi and OCIC awards.
