Nihal Fernando, PC, has announced that he will be withdrawing himself from appearing for Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) after Kasun Palisena’s evidence is concluded.

Attorney-at-law Nihal Fernando, PC, is the counsel representing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Perpetual Treasuries Ltd., Kasun Palisena in the ongoing Central Bank treasury bond case.
