Rattota Police OIC arrested

The Officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Rattota Police Station has been arrested by the Police SIU.
Rattota OIC Kapila Dissanayake was arrested in connection with an investigation being carried out by the Police Special Investigations Unit (SIU), sources said.
He was taken into custody after being summoned to record a statement with regard to an investigation being carried out on a incident which had taken place while the the officer was serving as the OIC of the Udadumbara Police.
