German tourist drowns in Tangalle

A German national was drowned while bathing in sea close to Serein Beach Hotel in Medilla,Tangalle.
He was drowned yesterday morning (10) while bathing in sea with his wife.
The victim demised after being admitted to Tangalle Hospital.
The deceased was identified as a 55 year-old German national.
The post mortem is scheduled to be held today(11) and further investigations into the incident are being carried out by Tangalle Police.
