National Thai Pongal Celebration at Temple Trees…

The National Thai Pongal Celebration, a cherished cultural tradition honoring the dignity of labor and expressing gratitude for nature’s blessings, was held at Temple Trees today (15) with the participation of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasooriya. The event was jointly organized by the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs, and the Department of Hindu Religious and Cultural Affairs.
