President attends May Day rally in N’Eliya…

The National People’s Power (NPP) held its May Day parade and rally in Nuwara-Eliya today (01) under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. The procession commenced near the Nuwara Eliya District General Hospital in Hawa Eliya and proceeded to the Urban Development Authority car park at Lake Gregory, where the main rally was held. The ruling NPP has organized 21 separate May Day rallies across all 21 districts this year.
