Kaduwela-Biyagama Road closed for 11 hours

The road from Kaduwela to Biyagama will be closed from 7.00pm today (29) to 6.00am tomorrow, the Road Development Authority (RDA) said.
The road is being closed in order to replace the bridge over the Kelani River.
The Kaduwela-Kelani river bridge area had been severely affected due to torrential rains in May this year, as the bridge in use was faced with soil erosion and possible earth slips.
