Unidentified male found dead in culvert

The body of a male has been found in Seenigama area near the coastal railway track, stated Ada Derana reporter.
The body was found by the police while inside a culvert, when they were alerted on the discovery last evening (07).
Reportedly, the deceased person has not been identified yet.
Following the magistrate’s inquiry conducted by the Balapitiya Magistrate, the body has been sent to the judicial medical officer at the Balapitiya Hospital for the postmortem examination.
Meetiyagoda Police is conducting further investigations.
