130 more Covid-19 recoveries reported in Sri Lanka

The Ministry of Health confirmed that another 130 patients, who had previously tested positive for coronavirus, have fully recovered and were discharged from hospital today.

Ninety-two (92) patients from the Neville Fernando Hospital, 13 patients from IDH and 09 from Welikanda Base Hospital have been discharged.

Meanwhile 05 patients from Laggala Pallegama Hospital, 04 from Theldeniya Base Hospital, 03 from Rambukkana Base Hospital, 02 from Colombo East Base Hospital and one each from Hambanthota and Abanpola hospitals have also been discharged. 

This brings the total number of COVID-19 recoveries in the country to 3,933.

Presently a total of 3,923 patients infected with the virus are being treated at hospitals.
