Coronavirus: 2,884 new cases reported in Sri Lanka

The Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry says that 2,884 persons have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus so far today (September 01).

This increases the total number of Covid-19 cases confirmed in the country to 443,186.

Sri Lanka’s total Covid-19 recoveries have risen to 376,216 while the number of positive patients currently under medical care at hospitals and at homes is 57,785.
