T-56 firearm reported missing from Wilgamuwa police station

The T-56 firearm used by the police officer on duty at the guard room at the entrance to the Wilgamuwa police station in Matale is reported missing, Ada Derana learns.

Police said investigations are underway to recover the missing firearm.
