A decision has been taken to reduce bus fares by 5% with effect from July 01.
Meanwhile, the minimum fare has been reduced by Rs. 2 to Rs. 28.
The bus fares have been reduced under the annual fare revision, and as agreed during a meeting between Transport Ministry officials and private bus operators earlier today (28).
