Bus fares reduced

The bus fares will be reduced by 5.07 percent with effect from midnight today (July 01), the National Transport Commission (NTC) says.
The NTC communicated this to the public in a special media briefing held this afternoon.
Meanwhile, the minimum bus fare will be slashed to Rs. 28.
