‘Harak Kata’ produced at Colombo HC amidst tight security

The Colombo High Court has ordered for the case filed against three defendants, including the notorious criminal figure and drug trafficker Nadun Chinthaka alias ‘Harak Kata,’ over his failed escape attempt from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), to be called for pre-trial conference on July 29.

The case was taken up today (03) before Colombo High Court Judge Damith Thotawatta.

At that time, the accused ‘Harak Kata’ was produced before the court amidst tight security.

After considering all the facts presented, the judge fixed the case for further pre-trial conference on July 29.
