3-year-old dies after falling into fish tank

A tragic accident has occurred in Wickrama Mawatha East, Middeniya, where a 3-year-old child has reportedly died after falling into a fish tank at home last evening (07). 

The child, a resident of Middeniya, had fallen into the fish tank built to raise ornamental fish in front of the house. 

Middeniya Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
