Excise Dept. to introduce new safety sticker for liquor bottles

The Excise Department has announced a decision to implement a new safety sticker for liquor bottles starting from October 01. 

The Commissioner General of Excise, M. J. Gunasiri, stated that the new method is designed to address and overcome the shortcomings of the current sticker system.
