Man found murdered with throat slit in Thalangama

A person has been found murdered, after having his throat slashed with a sharp weapon near a garage in the Aruppitiya area of Thalangama this morning (Aug 18).

Police said that the place of residence of the victim, identified as a 45-year-old three-wheeler driver, has not yet been revealed.

The motive behind the murder and the identity of the suspects are yet to be uncovered.

Thalangama Police have launched investigations into the incident.
