The National People’s Power (NPP) presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake has unveiled his election manifesto in Colombo, a short while ago.

The event of unveiling the NPP’s election manifesto, titled “A Thriving Nation, A Beautiful Life”, was joined by several dignitaries including the Leader of the NPP, Presidential Candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake, members of the party and several religious leaders.

Addressing the event, NPP Parliamentarian Harini Amarasuriya stated that although several parties present their manifestos, they act completely against them following their election to the offices.

Furthermore, she said that the NPP is presenting the social contract of their party with the people of the country through the manifesto, and that they will carry out the ruling of the country as per the relevant contract only.
