Motor Traffic Dept. ordered to immediately register 41 vehicles denied registration

The Court of Appeal has issued a writ order to the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic, ordering the prompt registration of assembled vehicles purchased by 41 persons whose vehicle registrations were previously denied.
Furthermore, the court has ordered that the aforementioned vehicle registrations shall be completed before October 31.
The Appeals Court has also ordered the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic to compensate each petitioner with Rs. 10,000 as the cost of legal proceedings.
