Police have arrested a school principal in the Mullaitivu area for allegedly photographing a postal ballot paper after casting his vote.

According to the police, the principal, who served as the certification officer at the Mullaitivu Education Office, was found taking a photograph of the ballot paper while casting postal vote at the Mullaitivu Education Office on September 6.
