Anura Kumara tops postal votes in Colombo District

National People’s Power (NPP) candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake has obtained the highest number of postal votes in the Colombo District.

The NPP leader has polled 20,864 postal votes, which is 61.02 as a percentage.

Independent candidate President Ranil Wickremesinghe is second in the list with 7,645 postal votes (22.36%).

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) candidate Sajith Premadasa has obtained 4,080 postal votes and Sri Lanka while Podujana Peramuna’s (SLPP) Namal Rajapaksa has received 561 and ‘Sarvajana Balaya’ alliance candidate Dilith Jayaweera has polled 552.
