Anura on top in Kandy District postal votes

The postal vote result of the Kandy District in the 2024 Presidential Election has been released with National People’s Power (NPP) candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake coming up top.
Dissanayake has received the highest number of postal votes in the district with a total of 32,295 postal votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 32,295 (60.14%)
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 10,635 (19.8%)
Sajith Premadasa - 9,135 (17.01%)
Namal Rajapaksa – 702 (1.31%)
Dilith Jayaweera - 426 (0.79%)
