Sajith on top in Vanni District final result

The overall district result for the Vanni District in the 2024 Presidential Election has been released with Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa polling the highest number in the district.

Accordingly, Premadasa is first in the district with a total of 95,422 votes, while Ranil Wickremesinghe is second with 52,573 votes.

Sajith Premadasa – 95,422 (43.92%)
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 52,573 (24.2%)
P. Ariyanethiran – 36,377 (16.74%)
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 21,412 (9.86%)
K.K. Piyadasa – 3,240 (1.49%)
