Sajith wins in Ududumbara, AKD clinches Mihintale and Galle

The 2024 presidential election results of the Mihintale, Ududumbara and Galle polling divisions have been released.

National People’s Power (NPP) candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake has received the highest number of votes in the Mihintale polling division in Anuradhapura District with a total of 26,034 votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake –  26,034
Sajith Premadasa -  18,836
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 7,888

Meanwhile, Sajith Premadasa has topped the Ududumbara polling division in the Kandy District with 22,336 votes.
Sajith Premadasa – 22,336 
Anura Kumara Dissanayake –  17,226
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 6,280

Dissanayake has also secured victory in the Galle polling division in the Galle District with 34,839 votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake –  34,839
Sajith Premadasa – 17,935
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 9,478
