Sajith wins Kalmunai and Samanthurai; Anura tops Borella, Eheliyagoda and Nawalapitiya

The 2024 presidential election results of the Kalmunai, Samanthurai, Nawalapitiya and Eheliyagoda polling divisions have been released with Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa victorious in all three polling divisions.
Samagi Jana Sandhanaya candidate Sajith Premadasa has received the highest number of votes in the Kalmunai polling division in Digamadulla District with a total of 26,873 votes.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 10,937
Meanwhile, Premadasa has also topped the Samanthurai polling division in the Digamadulla District with 41,791 votes.

NPP’s Anura Kumara Dissanayake secured victory in the Eheliyagoda polling division in the Ratnapura District with 34,829 votes.
