The 2024 presidential election results of the Moneragala, Bibile, Kegalle, Kolonna, Kalawewa and Nivithigala polling divisions have been released.

 

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has received the highest number of votes in the Moneragala polling division in Moneragala District with a total of 42,111 votes.

 

Sajith Premadasa - 42,111
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 36,736
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 9,625

 

Meanwhile, Premadasa has topped the Bibile polling division in the Moneragala District with 29,952 votes.
Sajith Premadasa – 29,952
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 28,639
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 9,461

 

NPP’s Anura Kumara Dissanayake has secured victory in the Kegalle polling division in the Kegalle District with 28,994 votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 28,994
Sajith Premadasa – 14,755
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 11,067

 

In the meantime, the results of the Nivithigala polling division in Ratnapura District have been released with Premadasa coming up top.
Sajith Premadasa – 30,363
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 27,501
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 21,556

 

NPP’s Dissanayake secured victory in the Kolonna polling division in the Ratnapura District with 55,788 votes.
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 55,788
Sajith Premadasa – 45,074
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 15,238

 

Dissanayake has also topped the Kalawewa polling division in the Anuradhapura District with 52,380 votes.
