Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has received the highest number of votes in the Yatiyantota polling division in Kegalle District with a total of 23,891 votes.

Sajith Premadasa - 23,891
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 19,482
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 14,893

Meanwhile, SJB leader Premadasa has also polled the highest votes in the Laggala polling division in the Matale District.
Sajith Premadasa – 24,828
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 20,838
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 9,022

Premadasa has also secured victory in the Kothmale polling division in the Nuwara-Eliya District.
Sajith Premadasa – 27,043
Ranil Wickremesinghe – 18,250
Anura Kumara Dissanayake – 17,727

The opposition leader is also ranked first in the Deraniyagala polling division in Kegalle district.
