Court restrains Hasalaka Thushara from making defamatory statements on TV Derana

The Colombo District Court issued an interim injunction against Hasalaka Thushara preventing him from issuing defamatory statements against TV Derana, until the final determination of the case.

This order was issued by Colombo District Judge Sandun Vithana, when the relevant case filed by TV Derana was taken up today (10).
