NPP secures win in Tangalle

The result of the Tangalle polling division in Hambantota District in 2024 General Election has been released by the Election Commission.

The National People’s Power (NPP) has received the highest number of votes in the polling division with a total of 61,215 votes.

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) – 9,975
New Democratic Front (NDF) – 6,750
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) – 5,545
‘Sarvajana Balaya’ (SRJB) – 1,274
