Mainly dry weather expected to prevail today

The Meteorology Department says mainly dry weather will prevail over most parts of the island.

A cold weather can be expected in the Northern, North-central, Eastern, North-western and Central provinces during the early morning.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in North-central, Sabaragamuwa, Central, North-western and Uva provinces during the morning, the statement added.
