False promises an omen to political bankruptcy

UNP MP Sajith Premadasa says that if someday he is entrusted with leading the country through the blessings of the public, he will create a revolutionary change the likes of which the country has never before witnessed.
He expressed that there are no narrow minded objectives, such as giving false promises to the public, within his political principles.
Speaking during a programme held at Sri Mahindarama Viharaya in Alawwa today (July 04) the Co-deputy Leader of the United National Party further pointed out that certain individuals providing the people with false promises without declaring the impossible as impossible “is an omen to political bankruptcy”.
