The Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Tissamaharama police station has been suspended over allegations of working in another organization while serving in the police force in 2006, Police spokesman SP Ajith Rohana stated.
Meanwhile, four other police officers including a Deputy Police inspector, a police Sergeant and two constables were also suspended in connection to a missing police entry logbook, SP Rohana further stated.
