Youth injured in explosion at a house

One person was injured and hospitalized following a certain explosion which occurred inside a house in Thibilla, Chilaw this morning.
An individual named Manikkaraja Kumar, from Udappuwa, was said to have been inside the house at the time of the explosion and he has been admitted to the Chilaw Hospital with severe burn wounds.
The cause for the explosion has not been revealed yet, Ada Derana reporter said.
Police say the owners of the house are from Kandy and that only the 28-year-old Kumar was in the house at the time of the incident.
Chilaw Police is conducting further investigations.
