Court orders to produce MP Namal Rajapaksa before High Court Trial-at-Bar tomorrow

Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa, who is currently in remand custody in connection with the controversial Airbus deal, has been ordered to be produced before the Colombo Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar tomorrow (28).

Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama also ordered that a report on the matter be submitted to the Magistrate’s Court on October 30, Ada Derana reporter said.

The Chief Magistrate further directed that the suspect remain in custody until he is produced before the said court.
