Two persons were killed and another two were injured after a motorcycle lost control and crashed into a roadside concrete mixer in the Periyakallaru area in Kalavanchikudi.
Police said the motorcycle rider and a worker engaged in road construction work died in the accident which took place last evening.
Another two persons wounded in the incident have been admitted to the Kalmunai Hospital.
