W.A. Venuja Nimsath from Embilipitiya Primary School has ranked first in the island with 199 marks in the 2014 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination, the Department of Examinations said.
Malaka Nethmal Tillakaratne of Royal Primary School in Polonnaruwa is ranked second with 198 marks while two students are tied in third place.
