A Sri Lankan housemaid filed a case against her male compatriot who also works as a driver in her sponsor’s house and accused him of rape, the Arab Times reported.
In her complaint to officers at Dahiyat Abdullah Al-Salem police station, the woman said the house driver had sex with her by force. The suspect was arrested and referred for further investigation. A case was registered.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti lady told officers in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh police station that her husband drinks liquor and shouts at home. The man has since been summoned for questioning. A case was registered.
And, an unidentified officer posted at the Al-Naeem Police Station, has filed a complaint with the police accusing a Kuwaiti woman of insulting him while on duty, reports Al- Qabas daily. The woman has been summoned for interrogation.
