Fuel bowser catches fire in Nelundeniya

A bowser transporting fuel has caught fire at a filling station in Nelundeniya on the Kandy-Colombo main road causing severe traffic congestion in the area, police said.

The bowser had reportedly erupted in flames while releasing fuel at the filling station while the fire brigade is currently attempting to douse the fire.
