Bus strike on Kaduwela-Colpetty route

Private bus drivers operating on the Kaduwela-Colpetty bus route have resorted to a strike action since this morning (18), President of the Lanka Private Bus Owners Association Gemunu Wijerathne said.
Wijerathne told Ada Derana that the bus drivers have decided to resort to the trade union action in protest to the issuing of new bus permits by the Road Passenger Transport Authority.
