Malabe woman remanded for obstructing traffic cops

A woman, who allegedly obstructed two traffic cops in Malabe, has been remanded until 28 July by the Kaduwala Magistrate’s Court today (15).
A video footage showing that the woman of arguing with the cops has gone viral on the internet as well.
The woman, in question, had argued with the two traffic police officers after they attempted to impose a fine for violating road safety rules, it was reported.
The woman will be produced before the court again on 28 July.
