UNP MP Buddhika Pathirana says that there is a serious doubt whether the Army Commander attempts to protect the ‘thieves’.
The observation was made when the MP was summoned to the Criminal Investigation Department this morning.
MP Pathirana was questioned by the CID regarding a statement he had made with respect to the tender procedure followed by the army.
