High Court issues notice to Dilantha Malagamuwa

A notice has been issued to Sri Lankan racing driver Dilantha Malagamuwa to appear before the Court over a breach of trust case, Ada Derana reporter said.
The notice was issued when a case filed against Malagamuwa was taken up for hearing at the Colombo High Court today.
Malagamuwa has been ordered to appear before the Court on March 23, according to the reporter.
The case was filed by a Japanese man over the failure to settle a USD 600,000 debt, the reporter added.
