One injured, one killed in wasp attack

A woman was injured and a man was killed following a wasp attack in Nahawilawatta area in Ella, the police said.
The victims were attacked by a swarm of wasps while they were plucking tea leaves early hours of this morning (21).
The deceased has been identified as a 47-year-old who was a resident of Balalkotuwa area in Ella, according to the police.
The remains of the victim are kept at the Demodara hospital pending an autopsy.
