All the parliamentarians must keep a close eye on the proposals of the new Constitution, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa says.
The former President had also accused that the move to draft the new constitution came amid international pressure.
The observation was made while speaking at an event held in Galgamuwa, Ada Derana reporter said.
